Security deposit
To guarantee a reservation, a one-day rental of $600 plus a security deposit of $250 is required.
Cancellation policies
If the Guest decides to cancel the reservation, they will be refunded as follows:

100% if cancelled within 30 days of check-in date.

50% if canceled between 29 and 15 days before check-in date.

The Owner will also have the right to cancel the Guest's reservation if any of the House Rules are not respected.
